Individual Online Coaching is offered to build your specific, customized training plan. Each time you log your workout and nutrition on Training Peaks, we are able to track your progress. At the end of each week your workout performance is evaluated, and new workouts are assigned for the following week. As an Individual Online client you also can participate in all SBR Coaching Triathlon Team Group workouts for FREE!
Workouts: If you would like to work out with me on a regular basis, in addition to online coaching, you have a few options:
- Online Coaching + Workout option (see below). This allows me to implement testing, analyze swim stroke, teach running drills, and cycling skills, depending on your individual needs.
